The 32 year old ex of Kourtney Kardashian is seeking help for his struggles with drug and alcohol abuse, which has been featured heavily on Keeping Up with the Kardashians. Disick previously entered a treatment facility in Costa Rica in March, but checked out later that month. Both Scott and Kourtney have remained silent on social media.
