Do you know someone who is struggling with Alcoholism? There are many tools available to people, who’s loved ones are Alcoholics, and in the Indian community we tend to shy away from talking about this. As the child of an Alcoholic, and as someone who is keenly aware of why one could fall down this path, I only want people to stop this sick cycle and realize that there are ways to break the cycle.

Break the Cycle People! It is possible, My children won’t have an alcoholic in their immediate family, and that is entirely because my Mother and I Broke the Cycle!
