Uploading this on the day I’m celebrating 9 years without a drink. Moving forward, I will have a playlist dedicated to sharing my journey with alcoholism and addiction. For those of you who’ve followed me over the years, you’d know I was a meth addict for 9 years, then got addicted to narcotics (pain pills), because “that wasn’t my problem”. Alcoholism and addiction are hereditary as well as learned behaviour. My journey to staying clean and sober has been full of ups and downs- and I hope to shed some light on what’s worked, and what hasn’t worked for me, as well as explaining the steps to those who might get some use from the content. If you have a family member or loved one who is struggling with drugs/alcohol, I highly recommend looking up “alanon” in your local city or town. There is hope!
ps- please excuse the camel toe. I had a leotard on underneath my shorts. you know what they say, the bigger the vag, the bigger the heart.
