Everyone knows Bradley Cooper from The Hangover. But did you know he’s 11 years sober!? In this video, we go over Bradley Cooper’s Recovery, and how Bradley Cooper got sober. Free from addiction, and living in sobriety, he’s been one of Hollywood’s best leading men. From drugs and alcoholism to A-list stardom, he’s able to look back on his journey and reflect on how destructive his way of life was. No longer does he have to deal with the hangovers or withdrawals from drugs and alcohol. Now, he is free from addiction and can do all of the things he thought he needed drugs and alcohol to do. I’m not sure if he got any addiction treatment or suffers from any mental health issues, but he’s definitely an inspiration. He doesn’t need to be anonymous, he can be himself. He said he used a twelve-step program to get sober. And his addiction story, once being a drug addict with a drug addiction and needing drug rehab, he’s now clean and sober after quitting drugs. Getting sober is tough, but Bradley Cooper shows us that you can do it. Using a 12 step program or alcoholics anonymous or narcotics anonymous can definitely help, too.
