Recently confirmed Chief of the PNG Defence Force Rear Admiral Philip Polewara has vowed to take on an issue that has long plagued the Defence Force – alcohol abuse.
Upon promotion on Friday 8 November, Polewara highlighted the negative impacts alcohol issues have had on the organization.
