Hey all! Thanks for tuning in. In this video, I talk about my experience with learning to express anger in healthy ways so that it’s not stuck inside me, causing me to sabotage myself. I used to be someone who was afraid of feeling angerβand I never properly learned how to express it until recently. Anger is a good emotion that is healthy to express when done in a conscious way. Also talk about repressed creativity and how repressing creative energy inside me caused me to again feel unexpressed and sabotage myself. Getting away from alcohol and having a clear mind that isn’t occupied by cravings of booze, has caused me to become more in tune with my emotions, have the desire and energy to express them authentically and productively.
