The video looks at the composition, various forms, types and recreational use of alcohol. It then explains the short and long term effects of alcohol use, specifically focusing on cirrhosis of the liver. It also explores the various economic and social factors involved with heavy alcohol consumption. It concludes by suggesting ways to drink responsibly in order to limit health risks.
