Today, I want to discuss how to manage and treat those withdrawal symptoms.

Now, serious signs of alcohol withdrawal are usually not seen in the average joe coming in with alcohol intoxication. Instead, you should be worried about those with ‘Alcohol Use Disorder’.

Approximately half of patients with alcohol use disorder experience alcohol withdrawal when they reduce or stop drinking.
