Alcoholism help and advice for alcoholics and people suffering from alcohol addiction. How do I change my situation, i’m retired and now have nothing to do all day but drink. Basically the question is what do I do now i’ve stopped drinking. Well you have to get out there in the world and start doing things, start volunteering for local social events or sporting centre. There is many places you can go and you will be welcomed with open arms.
You have to make the first move when it comes to anxiety and getting out there after alcoholism. After all the world has not ended now that you have stopped drinking, have have just lost a bit of confidence. You will get this confidence back it will just take a bit of time. Alcoholism and being an alcoholic does not have to define you as a person. You can move away from alcoholism and get your life back. A life without alcoholism is amazing.

When you stop drinking things start to change really fast and trusts may they never stop. Alcoholism and the effects of not drinking alcohol have amazing effects on your body and mind soul.
