In this video I discuss a wide spectrum of topics all related to alcohol and addiction in general. This video will be part one of an entire new series I will be publishing on alcohol and the negative health, spiritual, and mental consequences of becoming addicted to alcohol. Alcoholism is a very dangerous, slippery slope.The hopes of me creating videos pertaining to the subject is to help inspire people to either avoid the consumption of alcohol and or to motivate people to limit their drinking and get completely sober. I come from a place of understanding regarding the dangers of alcoholism due to my battles for many years with it. I have been humbled a multitude of times – and made many embarrassing mistakes while intoxicated. I have harmed loves ones emotionally and physically while drunk, gone through the DT’s ( Delirium Tremens ), been arrested, and made a total fool of my character. But what I have learned from my mistakes is that we can either choose to dwell on them or learn from them. How we pick ourselves up after we have fallen is what defines whether we actually learn from our mistakes or not. I always recommend and advice people struggling with alcoholism to seek out professional health immediately. Do not wait! You are worth it and there is a broad array of valuable tools available via western medicine for those who want to stop drinking and safely detox.
