Daaru is always a hot topic in punjabis . Here I am sharing a recent happening with me where one of my friend explained me how alcohol(Daaru) is considered as medicine by them and not actually as Daaru . Whatever is the occasion , in one form or other Daaru is always a part of Punjabis . Agreeably , Daaru in Indian context is definetly something that is antisocial and not good for heath if consumed excessively . Often Talked about in Punjabi Songs and Punjabi Movies . Here we Put in an all new form “Daaru Ae dawai dukh door kardi……” If you drink occasionally fine and if you don’t ever drink , its the best not to drink .
