A mother of three was arrested for endangering the welfare of a child after an off-duty waitress reported to police she was drunk and breastfeeding at Gusano's restaurant in rural Arkansas. Charges were dropped last week after it was determined there wasn't enough evidence to prove she had one too many drinks to care for her child and the waitress who told on her, was fired.
