Hello everyone! In this video I talk about the Sinclair Method, a scientifically tested and proven method to unlearn alcohol dependence using a method that facilitates pharmacological extinction. It doesn’t require rehab (most rehabs won’t support it, slowly more are coming online to offer it), and AA doesn’t support it either (usually). So, it’s its own path to recovery that in my experience and opinion, is extremely effective and powerful and helping someone to reduce or stop drinking alcohol, without having to suffer from alcohol withdrawal or cravings. In short, overtime, it can allow a person to be returned to the state they were in pre-addiction. I used this method and was able to go sober from alcohol and stop drinking completely after I had been on the method for one year because I had no more desire to drink alcohol – it no longer gave me any pleasure what-so-ever and I preferred sobriety. I hope this gives some information on the Sinclair Method!
