Part one of a four-part series aimed at those of you who wish to combat an addiction (i.e. smoking, caffeine, weed, alcohol etc.) The hypnotic suggestions will be reinforced with each subsequent audio. ***INSTRUCTIONS: Lie down and listen with headphones once a day for seven days before moving onto WEEK 2. Alternatively, you can listen every other day; so Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday. Play around with the volume to find your optimal level. Listen only when resting and not whilst driving, cycling, operating machinery etc.
