Since his arrest last week it’s been non-stop rumors. Is he in rehab? What really happened? Well, Shia LaBeouf’s rep is finally speaking out, clearing the air that the actor is seeking treatment for alcoholism, but is not in rehab. Shia is reportedly seeking help voluntarily, and according to the rep, he understands that his recent actions are symptoms of a larger health problem. Late last week the 28-year-old actor was handcuffed and escorted out of a Broadway show, and charged with disorderly conduct, harassment and trespassing. Shia’s recent arrest follows a series of bizarre events this year including wearing a paper bag on the red carpet and walking out of a press conference.
