Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino is facing a lawsuit from Devotion Vodka, the same company he sued last month for $5 million. As John Basedow reports, the vodka brand claims the Jersey Shore star concealed an alleged drug problem from them. Devotion says they terminated his contract last March for that reason and many others, including showing up late for events, refusing to do interviews and allegedly asking company investors for weed.
