As I mentioned in a past video I used alcohol as a form of self medication to get myself through the pain of what had happened to me as a young child while doing therapy and going through my first phase of red pill rage. Sadly the effects and ramifications of this alcohol abuse lasted for a number of years even after I stopped drinking.
