Holding your hands up to alcoholism and just say you have had enough. Holding your hands up and saying enough is enough is as easy as i say it is. Just do it. There is no shame in holding your hands up and Holding your hands up and saying enough is enough. People delay alcohol help and therapy because they feel a sense of embarrassment, guilt or shame. Please do not do this as you have nothing to be ashamed of. From the day you stop drinking and everyday forward will feel a steady progression to happiness, contentment and well being.

In A.A. and religious terms these these people think. When they stop drinking, this great feeling they get, this effect is coming from the lord. Well I beg to differ as this is known as content, and if you religious or not, go to A.A. or not. You will get; when you stop drinking. A sense of contentment and have a great feeling in your body. I have these amazing feeling everyday and so do other people I know who have quit drinking. With or without the lord.

What i’m getting at, the feeling of elation that everyone feels when quitting drinking. Is more to do with you body finally starting to get back to normal. Also the fact that your body feels amazing as it has been so used to being addled with alcohol.

Try carrying a really heavy bag and walk 2 miles with it on your back. Then take it off at the end and feel the elation. Your body feels light as air and you feel great. Try swinging four golf clubs at once, for about five mins. Then try swinging one, again it feels light as air. Simerly when you hold your hands up and you quit drinking. Your body feels relief and elation because it does not have t deal and process that alcohol/toxin anymore.

The is no shame in holding your hands up and going to ask for help. When holding your hands up to being an alcoholic. Be vary wary of who you tell or inform. I talk about this in many other videos, it’s up to you! but i always advise to limit the amount of people you tell.

Please if you are getting really ill and it’s effecting your friends and family then i think it’s time to sort this out. Time to Hold your hands up to alcoholism and surrender to sobriety. Do you want to hold your hands up to sobriety and can you hold your hands up to alcoholism
