NACADA chairman John Mututho has supported the appointments made by President Uhuru Kenyatta yesterday, saying the move has filled in the missing link in the fight against illegal drugs and alcohol. Mututho said cartels, lack of goodwill and poor enforcement of laws have hindered the fight against abuse of alcohol and drugs.
